What fabrics do we deal in?

We have a wide selection of fabrics in cotton, organic cotton, polyester, silk, acrylic, nylon and wool. 

What is the estimated delivery time?

We normally ship orders within 70 – 90 days.

How can a customer pay for the selected samples?

We accept payment in the form of TT.  

How do we send the samples to you ?

We send it from International Courier Company such as DHL/FEDEX/UPS etc. with whom customer has an account.

How much time does it take to develop such samples as per a customers request?

If a customer selects a sample without any changes then within a week (if counter samples are in stock) but if any development such as change in color, design or size can take up to 20 to 30 Days*. (Ruled out during Indian festive seasons)

What are the normal payment terms for placing an order?

30% advance and balance before shipment on Mailing or postage of the Invoice, or 100% LC at sight.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Minimum order quantity depends on various factors such as fabric, print, no of colors in print and Size.

Exact quantity could only be verified by sending enquiry.

Do all pieces have a wash instruction label?

Yes, with detailed composition, symbols and matter.

What is your monthly production capacity?

We are capable of producing approximately 400,000 pieces per month. Which can be expanded as per the requirement.

Who are the bankers?

For FOREX transactions we are associated with India Overseas Bank.

Can customers do a quality inspection in out factory?

Yes. We welcome clients who want to visit our factories. We can also arrange for the third-party inspections from independent agencies like SGS, Intertek, etc. with charges borne by the customers.
